Join Liza from Casa Mahj at Tide & Table for Mahjong 102: Strategy + Flow, a guided lesson designed to help you move beyond the basics and play with greater confidence.

Perfect for players who already understand the fundamentals of American Mahjong, this class focuses on strengthening your strategy, improving decision-making, and developing the confidence to navigate a game with ease.

Together, we'll explore:

• Charleston strategy and making stronger tile decisions
• Reading the NMJL card more effectively
• Knowing when and how to pivot as the game unfolds
• Practical tips to help you become a more confident player

This class is the natural next step after Mahjong 101 and is highly recommended for anyone looking to solidify their skills before joining regular games or Open Play events.

We'll gather beginning at 5:00 PM to mingle before instruction begins promptly at 5:30 PM.

Light bites and beverages are included. You're also welcome to BYOB if you prefer.

All Mahjong tiles, supplies, and take-home learning materials are provided.

Prerequisite: Players should have a basic understanding of American Mahjong. If you've completed a Mahjong 101 class, this lesson is the perfect next step.
